BANANA NUT OAT & QUINUA FLAKE BREAKFAST BOWL


Ingredients:

  • 1/3 Cup MAMA TERRA Oat & Quinoa Flakes
  • 1 Cup almond milk
  • 1/2 Cup chopped banana
  • 1 /2 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 Teaspoon cinnamon
  • Dash of salt (optional)

Toppings:

  • Walnuts, banana slices, maple syrup, cinnamon

Directions:

  1. In a small pan bring almond milk, cinnamon, vanilla and salt, if using to a boil.
  2. Stir in chopped bananas and MAMA TERRA Oat & Quinoa flakes.
  3. Return to a boil and cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Remove from heat and allow cooling. Cereal will thicken as it cools.
  5. Transfer to a bowl and add toppings as desired.
